Reopened Issue: Multiple Schedules are not being run

Currently only the first schedule which is attached to the job is being used. The system needs to be modified to use more than one schedule.

Need to rework the job schedule piece. The secondary schedules aren't working correctly. The job history data that is being used to figure out the last run time is job specific, not schedule specific.
